Hello Ladies and Gents,

How to show a total sum of the area of a few rooms in room schedule? e.g. I have 5 storage rooms in the apartment and in the room schedule I only want to show the total area of the storage with one name only.

Like in the image above the room schedule.

Thank in advance.

Under fields sorting by name, uncheck itemize every instance. Then go to formatting, set area to calculate totals. Also unify the column with requirement values for storage, this is a project parameter for rooms? Set formatting for that to calculate minimum/maximum (it's the same probably for all, shoudn't matter). If it's a insert column/parameter just fill in the value, as text then as to write "n/a".

You could add a field to your schedule, such as comments and sort by comments (or create a parameter for this, such as Occupancy), and then switch on Footer.  Do not Itemise each instance.  In the comments part of the instance properties for the room, show Store.
