How to hide value 0 in schedule

Hi everyone,

I want to show the below schedule as below but without number 0 in the SQ field.

I try to search all over, but have no idea how to made it.

I also try to convert number to text for an IF statement, but also can't find any formula to change number to text.

Could you please help me,

you can use filter to set that only area above 1sf will be visable, see attached image.

Thanks for response, but if I do that, the POS area can not show on the Schedule.

I want to show all Area, but without number 0, because it look nonsense in a schedule 🙂

@ToanDN: SQ is a calculate parameter take value from Area and a Y/N parameter to get the construction area SQ=IF(Built,Area/9.29m2,Null)

I tried to use Null value, but when use the calculate total on Formatting, the number 0 is appeared again.

If you want to keep them in one schedule then you need to accept the 0 subtotals (right pic).  or you could split it into several schedules and set some to not calculate total (left pic).

@ToanDN Thank you. That is the solution I tried before, but actually, I prefer how to combine all schedule in one than split them. Because I will face to multi unit projects, and must create a lot of schedule like that.

But, have somethings better than nothing 🙂

I would keep it as one schedule too.  I don't think nobody is going to complain about the 0 subtotals.  If they do, create a white text type and use it to mask the subtotals.

@opferjohn It still has 0.00 in total. I reckon that is always give a value for a calculate parameter.
