When I create ceiling in a new project everything is fine. When I copy this ceiling in a new project everything is fine!
However, in this project ceilings have these huge dots in sections.
With thin lines turned on:
With thin lines turned off:
The usual delete the view and create a new one didn't help.
Dots remain even when cut lines weight is set to 1.
Default compound ceiling.

Hi @blank...
In my opinion this is just a bug in the graphics. Those dots represent the edges of the ceiling. If you zoom in and out, or pan, they will disappear momentarily.
Even if you place your view with thin lines turned off in a sheet, the dots won't appear.
Section placed on a sheet.
Hope it helps!

Could be a graphics bug, I just don't get why it appears only in this project (even when I delete and purge everything else).
Unfortunately, on my Revit dots are there even when I place it on sheet.
I found what's happening here!
The problem is on the Object Styles of that section.
You have a Line Weight of 6 for the projection, the dots you are seeing is the size of the line Weight being much higher than the Line Weight of the cut. Reduce the Line Weight of the projection, to something smaller than the cut, and you will be fine!

Oh, completely missed it.
Solved, thank you!
