Post the file here.  

 

...have to see the file, but maybe a void sweep pathed along the edge would clean it up.

Is it splines or arcs?  Spline should be continuous and arcs should be tangential.

i just realised there are total 3 edges that are not flattened,the other is on the left side~

You need to smooth out those transition from one spline to another of the mass.

Accepted solution

Instead of trying to fix it, I would just redo it. Create the Solid and Void Mass Host from Surfaces of the two existing Masses, close out and use Roof by Face instead of Wall by Face.
