I am wondering if there are any known issues and solutions where an Autodesk account is signed out when using different versions (years) of Revit. I know the issue occurred when using different products (Revit, CAD, etc.) in the past, but I would have thought that this issue is resolved completely through the use of the Desktop App which signs you into all products. I have not had this issue myself, as I always have multiple Apps and versions open at once, but it happens regularly to some of my colleagues. Most of our team do not experience this.
Make sure everything Autodesk related is updated if you've been lax in keeping up. There have been a number of updates related to licensing, the desktop app, Revit, etc.
I did notice this update on the Desktop App, and I instructed IT to install. They did say they had updated these before, and usually updates occur office wide, but this issue is only happening to one person.
Also, I also see the update on my Desktop App which tells me I have yet to install, but I do not run into automatic signing out issues.
We will see how the latest update went after the weekend.
