How to extend railing structure (non-continuous) beyond start/end post baluster

I want to make a railing for a staircase (image attachment), where the railing extends beyond the start and end post of the baluster. Please help.

  1. Either as a termination
  2. or as a Panel...
  3. or you could use an in place Sweep (Simplest I think)
  4. or a separate loadable family
