how to export revit to dwf with layer information?

hello,

we need to have layer information on a dwf file, so we can turn on/off different parts of the project.

how can we export revit to dwf with layer information?

Revit can export to DWF but the layer information does not translate.  For a temporary fix, you can export Revit to DWG with layer information and then use AutoCAD to export the DWG files to DWF with layer information.  I am not sure why the layer data doesn't translate yet....still researching.

DWF/DWFx exported from Revit have all the model information.  You can Hide/Unhide via the Model tree.

it's really annoying, because for dwg the information is there, not for dwf...

it seems that it's just a "program" thing...

layers are on a different part of the drawing/design review, mode info (that only appear in 3d models) is different from layer info
when you publish/export in dwf sheets there is no model info

i confirmed and the DWF6ePlot configuration was already correct, so it didn't work...

There are no layers in Revit. DWF files exported from Revit contain category information.
