HOW TO CREATE TWO DIFFERENT SIZE TILE CUSTOM HATCH

I was tried much time but we are unable to create two different size tile hatch pattern. 

Tile pattern started with the first layer (W 600 x H 300), the second layer (W 600 x H 300) and 2mm grout fill.

I need .pat file for this hatch.

Didn't look at the CAD, but curious pattern --- you have stacking joints. You sure this is right? https://pattycake.io/official/pat/kRV065QXRW9

I don't like questioning documentation choices --- but its not a super smart idea to have a 2mm joint shown. This is less than 1/8", so unless you are printing 1:1 or 1:2, you are not going to even see this in a drawing. It is not common to go into this accuracy for drawing documentation for clarity, printing, etc. I'd consider just doing a normal layout without the grout lines. Grout can be specified on the materials schedule/appendix or in specifications.
