How to combined two rooms in different levels

How Can I combine 2 rooms to get one color scheme and one tag and also for caculation? see the pic

Do you mean one room spanning two levels, like an atrium?

Turn on volume for room computations, draw the room on the upper level, then go to a section and drag the bottom grip of the room down to the lower level.
