Compare Revit model and point cloud model

Hi everyone! I am using a point cloud model from the laser scanner to verify the Revit model. I want to find the differences between them. My current solution is to insert the point cloud data under the link panel and then find the differences using my eyes. Are there automatic or semi-automatic ways to find the differences between the point cloud model and Revit model? Thank you.

There are add-ins which do Point Cloud Analysis … example: Autodesk Point Layout has under bonus tools a feature called PCAnalysis which produces a comparison similar to the below...
