Try using a Plan Region. You can set View Range to whatever you need, just over the Patio portion in your Roof Plan.

View Tab>Plan Views>Plan Region ( In your Roof Plan View, Make sure Plan Regions are turned on in VG> Annotation Categories )

Sketch a rectangle where you need around Patio.

Then set View Range / cut plane.

Place Spot Elevation in the view.

Well, it does not have to be "unlimited," but it does have to be low enough that you can touch the upper surface of the patio.

...or use the default "Site" plan. At 200 feet above Level 1, you'll likely see everything. Smiley Wink
