The connectors do not have a visibility parameter attached

So no, you can not hide them.

As long as the family is visible the connector will be available. You can control the visibility of the whole component (Visability/Grpahics Overrides).

Do you know any other methods to control these connectors in project, because there are many pipe connector options in my family, I must to creat many files if the connector can't be controled by parameter, that will be very inconvenient.

Thanks!

You do not have a lot of control over the connectors in that respect. They have to be placed in yhe host to have them working properly (not nested) and no visbility parameter.

With some possible drawbacks the only way I can think of is by placing (some of) the connectors in a separate 'connector' family. The connector families you can control with the visibility/graphics overrides. You can use for example a face based (connector) family to stick them to your component.

If this might work for you depends of course on your requirements.

I create a new separate family which contains a pipe connector palcing at a surface and load it into another family, but the connector is unavailable. The connector may not be nested into another family.

Correct nesting is not working. That what I was trying to mention in my previous post.

What I was saying to create separate families. Make a family with your component and make one/several families with connectors. These separate families could be made face based to stick it to your component.

Our company is a supplier for building, it is best to provide a complete family to customer, that may be confused for customers if I divid the product into several families.

That really drive me crazy!
