How do I set the pan function to the mouse scroll wheel?

Hey, so I just downloaded Revit and I cannot seem to figure out how to set the pan function to the press of the scroll wheel on the mouse. Any help would be fantastic, Thanks!

It's on by default in Revit. I'm not even sure if it can be turned off with a Revit setting. Check your mouse settings.

Set the wheel press in your mouse software to middle button. If you cannot, get rid of the mouse software and let Windows handle it.
