How do I move my work (walls beams etc.) slightly down to the right level

Hi, I am new to Revit and would like some help moving my work down so that the top of the walls and beams are on N2 without overlapping.

I have tried to copy the contents to clipboard and paste them aligned to the picked level but it always ends up the same way -  just above the level N2.

I could move everything individually but I feel like there must be a faster way. If anyone can show me this would be much appreciated.😀

The simplest way to achieve this is to make all the Levels the same height Copy > Paste Aligned and then adjust the level height afterwards and they will move/adjust!

The Paste Aligned method will use the offset from a Level and not automatic adjust to so you could do the Beams first then the Walls so you can window select the walls and edit any unwanted additional offset!

Create a group from model and attached the details to him and change the level simply:

all the 3d model and details Items change to the new level simply.

This is an strange question. You say you want help "moving my work down so that the top of the walls and beams are on N2 without overlapping", yet the actual condition - based on your own modeling - is that the top of the walls and beams are overlapping Level N2.  So, in this case, "N2" Level is at the "wrong" elevation and just needs to be moved up to the "correct" elevation based on the as-modeled condition.  Yes? No?   

BTW: Top of Walls is controlled via the Wall's Top Constraint Instance Property Parameter Value.  If you want the Wall Heights to be to Level N2, then select all the Walls collectively and change the Top Offset to "Up to Level: N2".  If the Walls still overlap, maybe it's because they are Attached. If they aren't supposed to be, then select all the Walls collectively and press the "Detach Top/Base" button on the Contextual Tab.

The user just wanted to copy beams and walls from one level to another with different heights and the walls do not automatically adjust in height to accommodate these differences as they expected which as far as I’m aware is normal but happy to be proved wrong!

So, the OP is copying Walls from one Level to another Level? Gotcha. So Copy/Paste Aligned to Level all the Walls and adjust their "Top Offset" (likely needs to be zeroed out). The "Top Offset" is probably 0'-0" for the Level 1 Walls (if constrained to Level Above) and some value equal to the "overlap" for the Copy Walls. 

That's my story and I'm sticking to it. 😉

okay , if i understand well. the problem is over copy and aligned to selected level is.
go to N2 for example and use "Aligned to Current View" not the "Aligned to Selected Levels"
