How can i put the same drawing on two differents boars? for exemple: after I done the boads of a legal project, i must continue in the same file making the executive project without losing the fist, but the revit doesn't accept that I put the same plan on the executive board because is on the legal project, this way I can't do one without losing the other.

Anyway, I think your question is "can I put the same drawing on two different sheets?"

The answer is no. If you have drawing "A" on a sheet, and you want a copy of "A" into a sheet too, you need to duplicate drawing "A" to be "B", then put "B" into a sheet.

You should archive the project file immediately after every submittal so that you always have records of them.  Then you can be free working on the current file without worrying about affecting the previously submitted document.

Hi

If you need only 2D drawings for reference, then create DWGs of final drawings, and use them for reference.

any other process will get complicated, so keep it simple..

so is there some way to duplicate and keep them linked? the changes I do in drawing "A" will also change in drawing"B"
