HELP ME :((

when I printing drawing  (Ctrl+p), it had occurred "an unrecoverable error has occurred the program will now be terminated. all of your data has been recently saved, so there is no need to create recovery files"  although I had reinstalled, uninstall

Please help me

Is the Keyboard Shortcut Correct?  How about File=>Print? That work?

 

Maybe an Add-Ins is the culprit:

Thank you for the question @Anonymous , and welcome to the Revit forum!

 

There was a recent Microsoft update which has been causing crashes when printing.

 

The following article has information on this: Autodesk products crash when printing after a Windows 10 Update

 

Can you confirm if you have one of these updates installed?

KB4560960 / KB4561621 / KB4557957 / KB4561608 / 4561602

 

(Open Control Panel > Programs and Features > Installed Updates or Open the Settings app and select Windows Update.)
