HELP! Is there a way to scale toposolids?

I spent entirely too long modeling site context with toposolids and subregions before realizing the dwg backdrop I was using wasn't to scale. Currently in the model is just a toposolid with MANY subregions. Is there a way within Revit, or a workaround, to be able to scale the toposolid? Thank you!

The only way to check would be to select the Toposolid and see if the Scale Tool is available on the Modify Tab!

Export to DWG, link the DWG back in and you can set the units, or edit type after linking and change the scale manually.  Then you can recreate topo from import and choose the correctly scaled DWG link.
