The columns (architectural column) don't show solid fill when they meet with the walls, how can I make them filled with the color like the others?

If you edit the column family there is a property Automatically Joins Geometry, Untick that .

If the wall already auto-joins and reloads the family, it won't fix the existing. So you have to unjoin those existing columns manually and any new column placed won't autojoin. If you want to do it fast, I would cut the existing column and paste them in the same location.

I used the tip, it works; but still have some issue, I set the column as solid fill, but the part overlapping with wall, it doesn't show solid fill. How to make the whole column in solid color?

Architectural column is not the right category for what you are trying to do.  Structural column is.  Yes you can fix the columns to show how you want but it is an unnecessary step should you use the correct category.
