I used a wall mounted handrail, it goes beyond the end of path. I tried Angled Joins Tangent Joins Rail connections, none of the change helped.

The properties of the second screen is not for the handrail being used in the first image. The two things circled should be the same.
Hi the Top Rail and Handrail are not the same reference in the images is this correct?
is this railing being determined from a Top Rail rather than a handrail so the tools are not influencing the changes?
If you open from the Revit Library > System Families > Railings there is a wall mounted version in there, copy and paste this into you model and compare differences
Check the top rail and check to make sure you don't have any extension or profile added to the end.

Our office moved the Revit Library?
Look like you have no content loaded as it would have a regional file in that location.

Revit doesn't install content libraries by default anymore, you have to download and install them separately (or use the "Load Autodesk Family" from the Insert tab).
