Grand Totals inside Calculated Formula

Hello,

In Revit area schedule, I am trying to take the "Grand Total" in an Area schedule then use it in a calculated parameter.

Is this possible? Please see image capture below. I appreciate any pointers.

Not really. I would like to take the "Grand Total" value and multiply it by a factor (e.g. 0.3

I have a question to ask regarding your solution.

What if i divided the areas into GFA and nonGFA portion, some of the area would appears to be 0, how could i do the similar trick to have calculated value appears on both GFA/nonGFA portion?
