Getting Error message about can not make stair when I open Revit model

Does anyone know how to solve this issue in order to open the model? It didn't give option to delete the stair, so I can not open the model. This model is linked into another one, but it is loaded without error and I can see the stair.

You're going to need to give us more than that.  Can you elaborate?  Post screenshots if you can't find the words.  

Shot in the dark:  Open the RVT with the Stair Link, select the Link and under its Properties, change Overlay to Attachment.

We found the reason now, it is actually a model error from another linked model. If we close that workset, we can open the model.

Found the problem? Well then, I guess it's a good thing you didn't use a lot of words.  Would have been all for not.
