Getting an error while Copying, Mirroring and offsetting

I am using Revit 2021 from the last couple of years. But a few days back I got this error whenever I try to copy, mirror or offset an object. 

"A serious error has occurred. The current action has been cancelled . it is strongly recommended that you save your work in a new file before continuing. Would you like to save a recovery file?"

I tried reinstalling the software (even the updated one). even tried reinstalling the windows. But the problem is still there. I tried the solutions available on the Autodesk Forum and website but no luck so far.

Is this happening with any file and even blank files or a specific project file? If it's a specific project, rename the central by detaching or etransmitting.

it is happening with every project file even the blank project files. and with all objects (lines, columns,walls, beams you name it). a few days back it was working fine but I don't know what happened.

Yes tried this multiple times but no luck.
