Furniture not showing but annotations from several floors of furniture visible?

Having some visibility issues (see 1st attached).  Furniture panels disappear but all the annotations for the furniture panels from all the other floors are showing.  The graphic display is set to hidden.  The view range is most likely the culprit (see 2nd attached) but not sure how the blazes this changed.  Seems no matter what I do the bottom portion of the view range is greyed out.  

All I want to see is the furniture panels and their respective annotations for only this floor.  Any other view like an elevation or camera view and everything looks good.  Any suggestions?  Any help would be appreciated.

The View may be corrupted. Can you create a new View for this floor and copy paste the annotation from the old View in?

The annotation is nested in the family.  Based on the furniture panel size the corresponding annotation will appear.  I will try recreating the view.  My issue is that the issues if for all 15 floors.

When I opened the view range, it was set to unlimited.  When I tried to correct it with a typical view range, the bottom range was greyed out and I couldnt change anything without getting an error message about the view.

I cant for the life of me understand why it is working when I did nothing other than restarting.  Thanks to ToanDN for trying to help.  Much appreciated.
