This worked fine before but now I can't see the underlay of the interior of a floor while working on RCPs. I can see the underlay's exterior stuff but not inside the rooms. I've checked view ranges on both the current model and an archived model where the overlay works and they are the same with the same visibility settings (I think). Any help would be appreciated.
So I figured out the problem and the source of this problem has plagued my entire project. Our levels in the project were all to top of finish but we had to change that to top of slab and the quickest way was to offset the floors 2" for the finish so that our levels would remain at the same elevation. It appears overlays have their own view ranges because I can only see the overlay properly if I delete the slab entirely. Can I change the view range settings of an overlay? Will deleting the finish from the slab and creating finish floors in each room resolve this problem later?
Doesn't work - I've tried hiding and transparency - only deleting works and I can't do that because it will ruin the model
