Furniture and sanitary component details not showing unless in 'Fine'

I am currently using REVIT LT, almost all new components I import into my drawings appear in very low detail, just showing the edge of the object. For example my bath just shows a box with no detail to show the taps etc. I understand I can put the whole drawing into 'Fine' mode and the details on these objects then appear, but I don't want my drawing on fine I need it to be on course. Can someone point me in the right direction of how to change the detail of just a component even if its not in course mode?

Option1: Edit the Views or View Templates Visibility/Graphics Overrides, scroll down to the Category you want to view as Fine, and change Detail Level to Fine

Option 1: edit the families, select items you want to show, edit Visibility/Graphics Overrides, and check the Detail Level box for Coarse
