My flip board look ok on model, thanks to Toan, see pix.

For insanity shake, I would like to add a rotation control parameter, but ran out of wit.

My parameter always ran into errors...

Host the component that is supposed to rotate to a Ref. Line Workplane.  Draw the RL in Elevation View - originating from the intersection of  x,y Ref. Planes. Align and Lock tip of RL at this intersection.  Pull your angle dimension from this RL.

Before I get into doing per yr advise, one Q: the xyRL is at floor level, while the flip board rotation point starts at 36" above floor. How wd I deal with this ?

make the x,y intersection 36" above the Floor then. You can even associate the x RP offset from level distance to a parameter if you want.  BTW, just to be clear: you draw the Ref Lines and Planes in Elevation - not Plan.

Thx. I got the rotation to work. What a revit achievement for myself.

However, the depth parameter (d) won't work.

I just don't know why...see pix.

Lock d parameter.  If the cabinet height is fixed then change d from instance to type parameter.

Lock the Depth Parameter.  See if that resolves.
