finishes on arch

how can i apply plaster with paint finishes on highlighted areas(arch and horizontal face), pls help anyone have idea for this.

I suggest creating an in-place family with sweeps. Create a sweep and pick 3d edges.

Edit Profile of Wall which has the Finish Material Layers.

How did you apply the Finish elsewhere?  As a Wall Layer? If so, then edit the shape of that Wall.

if i use this how can i take thickness of finishes

If you need volume of plaster, add a calculated parameter to the material take off schedule and use the formula Material Area * the thickness you want the material to be.
