File Not Saved Error on Local and Family Files

I'm not sure if it's a hardware issue or a Revit issue but 2/3 drafters in my office cannot save a local project file that isn't workshared. The same goes for families. However saving the local copies of the Central model does work.

It's weird because it's intermittent, it won't work for a while if you try to just save file after file and the once in a rare while it will actually save the file. 

Everything is being saved to a network and all 3 of us have the same update the only thing that is different is the two that are having issues have a different graphic card but doesn't quite make sense that it would randomly start acting up and that it would cause these issues.

If there's any thoughts on what it might be it would be greatly appreciated.

We had tried with a copy of my account before and it didn't work.

But we re-went through 1-3, and still had issues.

We had also previously uninstalled everything autodesk and reinstalled just revit various times and methods.

However, so far the 4-6 ideas have been working, we'll test with the other user that was having issues to see if his computer responds the same and turn on the services to see which one was causing it.

It was our Vipre antivirus service that it was having issues with, but my IT guy updated the policy settings on it and now everything seems to work as it should.
