Family elements appearing in section even when outside of cut line

Hi all, 

I've a bathtub with shower and taps in the same family. When I create a section from the center of the tub away from those elements those elements still appear in the section. 

Seems I all parts of the family are included even if outside of the scope box of the section. 

How do I overcome this?

Some families are not cuttable - see this for a list of those families.

You might get around this by giving the taps a visibility parameter.
