Family Component not showing in cutplane.

For some reason, the view range and cutplane of my "Level 1" is not cutting my family component.

What should I do in this case?

Maybe check workplane, maybe check view range, maybe check family visibility settings... need a little more information to provide you with an answer. What family are we talking about?

Its a "Family: Entourage" with some extrusion and no parameters.

Entourage is not cuttable. It's on the list I linked you to above.

You can change Family Category and Parameters under properties when editing a family, but not for all families. Should be possible for entourage family I think.

If you changed entourage category, you lose rendering properties.
