Exploitative Architects, and Unions, and BMI.

Most the Architects today have people doing all of their work for them, and they don’t have the ability and training on computers such as Revit or AutoCAD.

Architects have no need to work.  The People, and the computers, do all the work for them.

Technology and BMI has passed most of them by!

What I believe will help this profession will be "Unions" and "counselors" to work closely with the people who are being taken advantage of by these exploitative

Architects.

I think that it’s time for a change and new requirements by Unions for anything to be accomplished.  Just like Unionized medicine is needed as well!

I'll say again, you are demonstrating a complete lack of understanding of how the architectural field works. Building a model is only a fraction of the work an architect needs to do.

If you're working for a crappy boss, find another job. Part of me thinks you just don't understand the field.

Is your lead architect sitting all day making memes and watching tiktok?  I didn't think so.

Working with CAD or BIM is the easiest part in this field of work.  Most lead architects don't do it because they need to spend time managing the project.  Do yourself a favor and google what managing an architectural/construction project means then you might think a gain before passing judgment.
