Error when open a Revit file

I had the error: " Video Driver error" and I couldn't open the revit file. Then I did all the steps to resolve this error through Autodesk, updating the NVIDIA and external monitors in display adaptors. When I tried open the revit file, gave me another error: " An error has occurred while drawing the contents of this window. This window shall be closed."

Is it possible some help to resolve this problem?
