An error has occurred while drawing the contents of this window.. revit 2019?

Hi, I'm trying to render my Revit project but this error shows up..I already searched in the forum but the other posts don't help ...my graphic card is certified by autodesk.. i've already tried to switch on and off the hardware acceleration ...the strange thing is that i've another project where i've no problem with rendering ...so i'm supposing it's a project problem or something in the project can anyone help me?

If any of those families in the render are manufacturer families, open them and purge them. 

Many times this will keep all the material styles and settings from 'clogging up' the graphics stream
