When i try to run the energy analysis, the screen shows a message "The service is experiencing some problems. Please Try again later. I´ve alredy created the energetic model and i´ve put correctly every piece of my building. Please Help! I´ve got ReVIT 2019. Thanks.

Well, the answer is in the error message: try again later.

It is a cloud based service, so there could be some issues on the server side.

Actually, that error message could be thrown by a local issue too.  Firewall, Router, etc.  It's been addressed here before.
