Error Massage when duplicate Railing Family

Hi I am trying to duplicate a railing family. But when I do, an error massage shows up. "Revit encounted a serious error. The current action could not be completed. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have the 2024 version. I have tried to close the project and start it again, but the same error-massage keeps coming up.
