Enhanced Realistic View

Enhanced realistic view is the worst change to Revit LT! And along with that window transparency in elevation view.

I can (almost ) guarantee that no Architect using Revit finds it useful. The window transparency is downright  unnecessary and visually confusing.

Autodesk should at least give you the option to turn it of.

I just switched from 2020 to 2025, but will have to go back to 2020.

Window transparency in elevation view? Are you referring to the Opening Properties? Window Transparency in Elevation and 3D has been around since Moses wore shorts. Select the Opening in the Family to activate the Options Bar and set the statuses of the checkboxes how you like. Easy, breezy.

You know, I would of thought that Revit LT Users would have been the ones most pleased with Enhanced Realistic Views since LT Users didn't have Ray Trace before - or local Rendering capabilities.  Enhanced Realistic is kind of a combination of both.  "Realistic" view style combines the material qualities of the realistic view style with the lighting characteristics of the "ray trace" visual style and delivers it in real time to the view display in Revit.
