I'm a student doing the energy analyze in the Revit and I created a energy model.

When I click the generate, there was a alarm show up: 'There has been an unexpected problem. Unable to analyze'

Refer to the snipshot below.

Any experter can help me to solve it?

Refer to below link for the causes. It's related to required permissions for Autodesk servers.

Disable Anti-virus and firewall then try again...If you are logging in from university, you need to contact your network administrator or try again when you are home

How's your computer setting? Why I cannot analyze it? It's server problem or my computer setting issue? I'm in Singapore currently.

Trust me. It isn't brain surgery.  It's no more difficult than turning on a light swtich.  If @RDAOU 's suggestions didn't work, which are the most common reasons analyses fail,  I suspect you might be right. It's related to your license.  Contact Autodesk directly or your Autodesk reseller.  Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Have you considered upgrading to 2020.2? Energy Analysis does have a long history of fails with certain versions

If all fails try to fill out THIS FORM and toss it at Autodesk's team to resolve...

Apart from that...there is a Insight Energy Forum... you might probably want to post Energy related  issues there rather than here for someone to google a trial and error solution for you

Good luck
