Elevation and Command Issues

For some particular reason, my Revit 2015 isn't allowing me to create interior elevations and also, when opening up the program initally, it doesn'y give me the option of opening any templates and sometimes different commands won't work. I wanted to know if anyone has experienced something similar and if so, how could this problem be solved? I've tried unistalling and reinstalling numerous times, but same problem occurs.

Hello. Could you explain if it prompts any message while trying to create elevations or you cannot see the elevation icons.

Also while opening the template files, are template files missing or any message is flashed. please eloborate or send screenshots to understand better.

It looks like your template files are missing or not in right location
