A client said that the drawings I sent to them were not to scale, according to the county officials approving plans. At first, I thought it was due to the PDF conversion, print to fit, and use of letter paper distortions. However, after printing the documents out on the paper size the title block was intended for, it turns out that this is not the case. The scale of the printed drawings are consistently off from the scale they are set to in the program
Here are two examples:
Site Drawing in 3/32:
Floor Plan in 3/8:
My title block is set to size A4 Legal paper 8.5 x 14. I would think that if either of these scales didn't work with that sized paper or title block that the view simply wouldn't fit.
What am I missing and getting wrong here?
Much thanks,
Max
