hi,
i am creating a building with 24" double tee wall by using Revit 2018.2, everything i have found on revit accept the double tee wall.
How to select the double tee precast wall in revit ?
I have tried the sweep method but not able to made the wall type
Please help.

I suggest modeling a double-tee as an extrusion in a Curtain Panel family. Then you can create a Curtain Wall type in your project, and assign it that Curtain Panel.
Thanks for reply.
can you please provide any training video on that

In plan view, create a grid line or named reference plane. Then go to an elevation that is perpendicular to that reference. Then do Structure > Beam > (load or select the built-in precast double tee family), and draw the beam at an angle (not vertical). Then straighten it to be vertical. Then you might need to change the angle of the cross section if the tee comes inverted. Then copy the beam as many times as needed.

Sorry, I can't get to it today.
Subjects to look at on youtube include:
1. creating extrusions in Revit family
2. constraining forms to reference planes in Revit family
3. Revit curtain panel family construction
4. setting up Revit curtain wall type
We tried using the storefront method. Looked good by itself, but had issues with adding openings and joining to furring walls.
Our solution was to create a basic wall of three layers (concrete, insulation, concrete) and add vertical sweeps for the legs and reveals at the chamfered joints and ends.
Although this post is from 2018, I recently found it. I made the double tee curtain wall and will be happy to help others who might run across this old post like I did.
