Maybe the level of detail, also check the visibility setings in the family editor

Hi,

From what I can see the something from the door is visible, the 2 views have different detail levels, maybe the door family is built with different representation in the fine level.

Try setting you're view to Medium see if that solves it?

couple things i notice off the bat is

  • the Original Model image has a View Template and is set to Coordination.
  • the Model Linked image does not have a View Template applied and is set to Mechanical.

id start by checking the VT settings. what happens if you make a New view based on the Ground Level with no VT in the Model Linked model?

Cut height seems different, see stairs and other elements.

Check in a section if the link is actually placed at the correct height!

Stairs cut symbol position differentStairs cut symbol position different

Door swings missing, check the SubCategories of the doors category. if everything on.

Else check the doorfamily.

did you make this change on the door family, or was it in the view template?
