Dimensioning Wall Sweeps

After installing Revit 2020 I tried to dimension a wall sweep.  When I try to tab to the appropriate location nothing highlights and therefore I must blindly click around the area and hope that it picks the right element to dimension to. In addition, when I click to finalize the dimension location there are no witness lines to be found.  They are actually located approximately 150' above where they should be.  Please watch the attachment of the problem.

Weird. Is your current workplane askew to the view?

Nope, in fact I just had a co-worker dimension one of his wall sweeps and his witness lines are showing up about 25' below the dimension.
