difference between paper size and plot size

For the company I work for I have to adjust the titleblocks. Nothing special, nothing fancy.

After I finished the adjustments and I want to make a plot or a pdf I notice the following problem.

There is a difference between the plotsize and the papersize. The plotsize is moved 5mm up and 5mm left according to the papersize.

I don't understand how this happened. I discussed the problem with my collegues they couldn't help me.

All the textblocks fit inside the boundries of the titleblock.

If we replace the titleblock with another the problem doesn't occur, So probably the error is something inside the titleblock.

Thank you for helping solving my problem.

Thanks for your comment. I checked our printing screen and the screenlooks identical to your screenshot. It seems that something invisible sticks out our titleblock that makes the plotsize move.

Maybe you re right. When you re in family, check "Reveal Hidden Elements" to see if there are some hidden things. Also, when you are in title block family, zoom all (double middle mouse) and see if title block borders touch viewport borders.

Dr. Grozozo,

We found out that the base point of the format text label was outside the papersize. By replacing the text on top of the basepoint the problem was solved.

And the new pdf's and plots are working correctly.

Thanks for your support.

Greetings.
