Design Options greyed out in Visibility/Graphic overrides

Hello All,

I have my first project with 2 design options which works fine when selecting these options. 

But when want to select the specific design option on a floor plan it is greyed out in the Visibility/Graphic Overrides. So I can't select the desired option.

How can I fix this?

Most likely, that view is controlled by a view template, and Design Options is included in that view template. Open the view template, find Design Options, and turn off that setting from the Include column.
