is this file has an active worksets enable? have you tried auditing it?

There's a repair central model tool that's available. You just have to select a local file. It's a hidden option right under the manage models.

Assuming you dont have an automatic backup of the file laying around. You can manually recover a backup in the journal folder on your pc.
