Cut Geometry of Roof

Hello. I am trying to Cut a Roof. I am using a wall to do it but for some reason I cannot cut the roof.

Help appreciated.

You cannot cut a roof like that, edit it's sketch and align it's edge to a face of a wall.

I'm afraid the roof can't be cut that way with a wall....in order to cut to roof flush with the face of the wall you will need to do one of the following:

• Edit the roof boundary so the it ends at the face of the wall and remove the slope on the end intersecting the wall

Or

• From the Architecture tab, Opening panel, select vertical opening and define the part to be removed.
