Custom arrow family + Spot Slopes

Is it possible to combine the 'smart' spot slopes with a dynamic customizable arrow that I have created as a line based detail family? Or would the better way be to customize the leader parameters for the Spot Slopes?

How do you want it to look?  Spot slopes and leader arrows are both system families, nothing to share.

@Radish_G - @ToanDN  is absolutely right. The accepted solution by @Anonymous  pointed at modifying parameters. Please experiment with different parameter values to get the effect that you want.
