Curve wall cut

 i have curve wall similar to the pix. Wonder how can I cut the top part just like that ?

    Yes, I can make an extrusion and cut with a void, and insert it into the project, but making progress update is not as convenient.

    Any idea ?

what exactly do you mean by progress update? I did not understand your question completely.

Attach it to a roof.

Model a curved roof by extrusion and attach the wall to it. Then model roof
to another phase to hide it.
