Assign a perforated material. There are several in Revit appearance asset library.
Hard to tell what I'm looking at in that photo, but those look like awfully tiny holes from where I'm sitting. If they are, there's no good reason to model them -- or even render them.
Please provide more information about what we are looking at in that photo. Is that an exterior view of a several story height building facade -- or an extreme close-up view of a portion of the panel?
Alex is standing in front of a curtain wall with 5x8 perforated steel panels.
Get the point?
Agreed with Barth. You do not want to actually model this. If you really want it to be semi-transparent, then use materials in your rendering software that do this. Don't actually have the geometry perforated in the model.
how to do it with 150x100mm mullion behind the panel? please show me step by step. thank you

Change the view to Realistic.

Then go to Graphic Tab and assign a surface pattern. It will be very dense if you use a true-to-size pattern.
another way beside than that, need to show like perforated panel with thickness of holes? thank you
You can create it yourself using pyRevit add in. Or just Google "perforated pattern pat file". Again, unless you zoom in very close, the pattern will look solid black from the distance.

52500mm X 59750mm? With 200mm diameter holes?
