Curtain wall with insulation and drywall interior

I was wondering ( and I am thinking no) 

Can it be done in 2019?

I have Tools4BIM apps but can't seems to work it out.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The answers provided in the other thread are pretty much the same method you would use in 2019.
